Sharpen your skills and have FUN on the ice at our All Caps All Her Girls Hockey Camp at MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, VA! The All Caps All Her Girls Hockey Camp is intended to enhance camper's hockey skills, game play, and off-ice knowledge. This camp will feature guest instruction from various current and former Team USA Olympians and National Team players, PWHPA players, NCAA players, and local notable players and coaches. Notably, the camp will feature instruction from:

  • Team USA Silver Medalist & PWHPA player
• BRITTANY OTT
  • ​​​​​​​Clarkson Cup & Isobel Cup winner & PWHPA goalie

The All Caps All Her Girls Hockey Camp will focus on comprehensive on-ice and off-ice skill development concentrating on speed, agility, power, endurance, and flexibility. Each camp day will include on-ice drills and competition, off-ice conditioning, and off-ice educational seminars and Q&A's.

We are incredibly excited that there will be SPECIFIC goalie instruction in this camp, and we look forward to seeing goalies on the ice!

 Participants in this camp should have strong ice hockey & skating experience. Previous league play is not required, but we do require that players have proficient skating experience and previous ice hockey instructional experience. House (Recreational) Level, Travel Level (Tier II/AA), or Tier I (AAA) playing experience is recommended. Please contact youthhockey@washcaps.com with any eligibility questions!
