The Washington Capitals ALL CAPS ALL HER platform is an initiative aiming to provide access to hockey and elevate the game for women and girls in the Washington D.C. area, while recognizing and supporting female players, coaches, parents, advocates, and leaders in the community.

The ALL CAPS ALL HER platform encompasses four main activation pillars:

1. Youth and adult hockey programming
2. Business development and networking
3. Coach and referee education
4. Families of hockey

Events, programs, and content within the four pillars of the ALL CAPS ALL HER platform provide various levels of entry into the sport for women and girls of all ages, provide valuable leadership and business development insights and networking opportunities, and highlight inspirational and influential women and families in our community.

The Washington Capitals welcome those who are non-binary, transgender, gender fluid, or cisgender women to participate in events and programs within the ALL CAPS ALL HER platform.

Since platform launch in 2021, programs and events within the ALL CAPS ALL HER platform have introduced over 2,000 women and girls to the sport of hockey!
